I\'m trying to install a PHP server into my computer because I am always on the road and currently learning PHP. The problem is that I usually don\'t have internet access, so I can\'t use a real server online to learn. So can someone tell me how I am to do this in as simple english as possible? Heh, PHP newbie here as you can tell. Im using WindowsMe. Thanks.
