Flush Hosts

I'm on an server who provides me with PHP and MySQL. Because there is no administrationpage so I tried to configure phpMyAdmin to connect to this db from my own computer but i misstyped the password and now it tells to me : Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'.
Now my Question, can I do this or only the hosting company? And when I can do it, how. I've read the manuals but found no clue abot what to do.

MySQL will automatically block access from servers that try to login with a bad username/password. When you try to logon with an illegal password more than X times, your host gets banned from the server automatically.

Only your hosting company can unblock you.
