I am running Windows 2000 Server, IIS, PHP 4.05 and MySQL. One of these applications make the scripts engine fall asleep. First time in some minutes, maybe ten to thirty minutes, PHP slowstarts. It takes some second or two to run the scripts. After that, first start, everything runs smoothly until I leave it for some minutes by not running any scripts.
What makes this happen? Any ideas?
