Showing the time

Hi,
I'm helping a friend with a financial site he's working on and he's asked me if it's possible to show a clock with the times in London NY, Tokyo etc. Sure I say but what about showing it actually like a clock so it's changing constantly.
How, what and where should I start researching/experimenting this?
