php_gd.dll with gif support

Hello,

Does anyone have php_gd.dll version 1.3 (the version with the much sought after gif support)?

Otherwise - I have the source code for version 1.3 but am having trouble compiling. Can anyone recommend a method or program for compiling the C source code?
