Sorry, may not be php but i dont know any other good forums to go 🙂

On my page I got alot of those "back" buttons but the problem is that when going back the browser loads the page from cache, but it is important that this does not happen.

Is there a way? I thought of working with the $http_referer but if anybody doesnt send referers it wouldnt work.

Is there a way i can tell the browser to go back and reload the page?

or use a meta tag

<HTTP-EQUIV="PRAGMA" CONTENT="NO-CACHE">
