I don't think you are going to find a WYSWYG for php, PHPed is very usefull because it inteprets your code on your machine, you don't have to upload it to see it work, but PHP purpose is to process,edit and output data and other stuff like databases.. , not to build a graphical interface, that's the tast of html witch can be outputted by php..

Why there isn't any writen magazine about php topics? I think beside the great forums (like this one) available on the net a writen magazine would be a good thing to work on. In my openion many people are welling to subscribe to such a magazine.
