How to unsuscribe from this forum

I registered for this service to be able to post messages to this forum, but ever since I am inundated with email messages from PHP builder.

I checked the whole website for a way to stop this, but without success. (to whomever owns this website: Could you please make this clearer to your users?).

I am quite at my wits end having to cope with hundreds of email messages every day.

Could somebody please tell me how to unsubscribe from this mailing list.

You only get email from the threads you posted in, so I don't think you'll get 100s a day... heck, I post in just about every thread, and I don't get more than 20-30 mails every day :-)

you could do what i've done.

I've made a message rule in outlook that put all the replys from this ite into a special phpbuilder folder!

I rule!
