PHP IDE global Development

Hi all fellow PHP developers,

I have a plan.... I want to develop the ultimate PHP IDE, with anything and everything.

I need the help of people to develop this. I have no money or anything, so it would be great if people will help for nothing.

It would be great if we can make this project global. Obviosly im not gonna be the person in charge or anything stupid like that, its gonna be a group project where everybody has a say.

Well, obviously:
a) it has to be open source if you want to develop it for fre
b) in that case use Sourceforge
c) it must run on both Win32 and Linux (prefereably Mac too). That leaves with only 3 options: Java/Swing (sloooow), C++/Qt (fast, well tested), Kylix/Delphi (no Mac).
