MySQL, PHP and Refreshing

Ok,

I'm still pretty new to PHP so this is probably another annoying question that somewhere has been answered before but I couldn't find it so I'll ask anyway:

I am running a query through mysql which is getting it's info from a seperate php form before hand using POST. The results come out fine however, whenI 'refresh' the results page in the browser I am losing the results as the query is failing as it obviously doesn't remember the info from the original form. Any simple ways to get around this?

Try changing the the POST mothod on the form to GET,
