This is kind of off topic, but has some relation since PHP is open source.
If you release a PHP application/script under the GNU GPL, can someone then sell it for a fee?
My understanding of it was that YOU the copyright holder can charge a fee, but anyone else that redistributes the program modified or not, cannot charge a fee, they can only charge for the actual cost of transfer and there modified version of the program has be released under the same terms as its original program, which is the GPL. Is this correct?
