Problems with PHP 4.0.6 & WINNT Server 4

I have problem to run PHP 4.0.6 on WIN NT 4.0 Server with service pack 6.0 as CGI.
Response from workstation is something as "..acces denied.." and all rights are set to anyone & full access.I'm usin an IE v 5.0 on workstation. All other parameters are set correctly.Be so kind , and send me some opinions on this or related problems.Thanks Jarda
