Excess of information in the Sesion?

I'm working with sessions because my syte have 3 classes of user.

Is highly recommended record ALL the fields in the session?

Or

Is better just record the ID-USER? and make lots of querys to the DB.

If its not something that changes alot store them in sessions.

What I would consider is to store in db only data you will need later on to keep (e.g. for stats or internal data manipulation) otherwise use sessions to retrieve data needed only for your users.
