Where canI find a forum script like this

I need to create a forum on my website, and I thought that PHP will do a good job on it. Can anyone send me a script or tell me where I can find it which does the basic functions of a forum, like this!

This forum is an Open Source software package called Phorum which can be downloaded from http://www.phorum.org/. You'll need a database, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Sybase and MS SQL Server 6.x are supported, and surprisingly enough, it uses PHP🙂 HTH.

sorry for bumping the post, but I would recommend not to dl phorum 3.2.11 becuase it has few bugs in download.php (bugs meaning un-authorized file reading). Yes I know phorum 4 is out, but I thought I would just remind about it.
Also I know that its been almost a month since the bug came out, so don't call me names 🙂)
