Nop, you can't as it is a security threat to server. If you were able to change it, bad ppl can easily waste the time of server CPU.

Ya ok, you can invoke safe-mode. :-)

But by default it is possible to change the time limit.

Well, I was actually thinking of the disable_functions directive🙂 And of course you're right about the default, I was merely being facetious......
