.dll error's

On start up I am getting an error message. Explorer has caused an error in MLANG.dll. Explorer will now close. If this continues restart the computer.Another such message is Waol has caused an error in MLANG.dll waol will now close,same dialogue.another is, Waol has caused an error in KERNEL32.dll, If it continues.Bla bla. Any help would be appreciated. Joe

I'd try the Microsoft help database at Microsoft.com, as it sounds like a windows error (suprising as it may seem!).
