My problem is that when I do 10/13, it returs 0.76923076923077 and I would like it to show 0.76 instead. How would I do that?
Ah, this is an easy one. If you want to round the double to x decimal places, use round():

If you don't want to actually change the value, but instead just show x decimal places, use number_format():
