I have been programming with php for over a year and have not encountered this before. I am using my linux box with php built in and I am not sure of the cause of the problem. I slurp Time() to a variable, however part way through the script the variable is being changed. This change happens of its own accord, and is not programmed in to the code. The date on the linux box also changes when the script starts the date is correct, however on completion the date on the box is some 4 days advanced and with the epoch I slurped.
