Connection tools?

im using some free ftp client but it keeps disconnecting from the damn server and i can get @!#$ done. What toold app do you guys use to connect to your remote web servers?

I'd highly recommend LeechFTP if you're just interested in FTP, or SecureFX if you need SSH (as I do).

I personally like winscp a lot - it uses SCP (secure copy) instead of FTP. Being the webmaster of a large site I'm always paranoid to send passwords unencrypted like FTP does 🙂
