It might be my imagination. However, since Tim left PHPBuilder, articles don't seem to come as fast as possible. I might be wrong, but there seems to be more advertisements (like the one above "articles" on the first page) too.

Tim, you did a great job building this site. Don't let it go down because someone else refuses to put new articles online regularly and adds advertisements instead!

The lack of aticles is surely a bad thing.

We need articles!
Or do I have to expand YAPF to include articles? :-)

I guess so. However, they have to be put online...

I think it's strange that since Tim left, we don't see as many articles appearing on the site anymore. 🙁

Yes anyone can write and submit articles for phpbuilder (or yapf ofcourse! 🙂 )

Tim left because he moved on, he needed more time to do other things.
Since then the site moved hosts and maintainers, and has become very very quiet.

I think it is important to remember that the site he created became so popular and large that he could not manage it a have a life (including a paying job and a family and who knows what else - including other volunteer areas). Everyone only has 24 hours in a day. Cut Tim some slack.

That said, I do agree that current management could do significantly more to improve the site.
