Why someone would like to migrate from a
portable free solution to a windows only based proprietary one ?

Because I am making a site for a man enployed in Mircrosoft, and I have made the page in PHP, but he said that it has to be in ASP.
That's why I realy need that program...

I'm guessing you may just have to wait until MS supplies such a converter. All the open-source efforts I've seen have been in the opposite direction (ASP->PHP.)
