IE4.5/Mac displays page as text/plain

I was told that a PHP page I created looked strange in IE4.5/Mac. Apparently, it displayed the whole (HTML) source code, as if I had sent a HTTP header like "Content-type: text/plain". The server's PHP configuration has text/html as default MIME type, though.

Is anyone familiar with this problem? I don't have access to a Mac so I am unable to reproduce the problem.

I seem to remember having a similar problem if you didn't put a <TITLE> tag in the header.... you might check that.
