i have the next words on my homepage:
site of the day!

obviously it is linked to another site, and that link changes every day.

now i do it in html and have to change it everyday.

can't i use a simple txt file in which i change the url for that link daily?

like that i don't have to open the html/php file anymore, only the txt file.

how do i have to do this?

you could just link your site of the day link to your textfile and make your textfile link to your site of the day.

and in text.html just write code to bring up the page you want.
