help with nuke

I ahve phpNUKe for a CS Clan website but i have 1 problem is that the databse on the server is called arnuke but i hva ethe commends to make all the tables in a sperate file called sql/nuke.sql hwo do i activate that file so it automactitlly creates all the tables and stuff??
