Lazy/overworked web developer

I'm a web site builder who is looking for a way to allow my customers to easily update (or even create) their own sites online. I want to be able to provide my customers with web sites that once created can be managed by them with little or no additional effort from me. I'd also like to allow them to deploy a PHP and MySQL based product database. Is there something that works in conjunction with or in place of phpMyAdmin that will do all of this for me? You could try phpnuke or better still write your own scripts and forms to handle that.
