Online text to HTML conversion

Hi,

Does anybody know of some (PHP) scripts that I could use to provide a way to type in standard text in a form and format/convert it to HTML (with bold, size etc, URL Link, formatting etc. tools) I want to dump the html into a database for display on the actual site. I can find off-line versions, but no on-line scripts.
