How do you expire an HTML page? Do you have to use cookies for this?
what you do is use some javascript counter on the client-side. When it ticks up to a certain value, you redirect the user to another page.

do you mean the html meta tag?
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="0">
expires instantly. for other settings, use the following format:
content="Sat, 14 Dec 1998 12:00:00 GMT"
