Making forms in PHP!

How do u right a simple example of each form type for example:

• at text box
• check box
• password
• submit button (picture and normal)
• any others

Examples woould be great basically i want to know how to make php form not html ones! I want to be bale to right a form in PHP!

You don't make forms in PHP.
Forms are plain HTML.
You can echo (or print) HTML code in your PHP script to generate a table, but you still have to know how to write the HTML code.
