Vexing and irritating Apache Prob.

I have a url on my apache server:
http://hiddenworld.net:81/tag-net/weather.php

My problem is, that it can also be
referenced by:

http://hiddenworld.net:81/tag-net////////weather.php

While this is ok, for the most part, it is
screwing up my log reporting big time. Can anyone clue me in on how to make Apache not accept these URL addresses?
