Regular expression??

So here's what i need to do and i'm thining that perhaps a regualr expression could do this in one line...

I wanna take a piece of text like this for example

"The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog"

And convert it into...

"The quick brown <a href="search.php?search=fox">fox</a> jumped over the lazy dog"

I'm sure someone here could reel off a regular expression for this quicker than i could tie my shoelaces...
