How to SMS free for every users..

Hi,
I am looking for a PHP script that let users on my website sending free SMS over the world. Does anyone knows a free SMS for users script or a good website where I can download this script?

I saw a lot of SMS scripts but that allows just one user (me) to sms. So I am looking for a script that let OTHER users sending SMS via my website. I hope to find a good one to send SMS over the world and not just one or two countries.
