FDF MultiLine newline

I trying to add a newline in a multiline pdf form field. The best I see is, the pdf special command is '/.' but when I send it using fdf the pdf adds a / in front to escape it '//.'

Anyone??
Maybe post-processing the field?

Also is there a way to change font in a multiline form field?

In PDF/FDF the newline is /r.
