Uploading a CGI file

Hi,
I have a script I use to upload my site from a remote location where FTP is not an option. This works fine for all but CGI files, i realise this is due to the files being different type binary/ascii.

Can anyone come up with a script for uploading CGI files.

As for the uploads, what's the problem?
