Comments/Guestbook?!

Okay, I know that this might not fit in the topic of this forum or what not, or not even relate to this website, but I have a question.

How can I let certain people just type in lets say "Hello Bob", and submit it, and have it show up on a "news" page? I basically want to grant certain individuals acess to be able to "post" a "update" on the "news" page, but I don't want to give them full access to where the HTML file is located along with all the contents of my website.

Do get what I'm asking? Sorry if I'm not clear. I want something like a edited guestbook or something. I also want the person that is posting have to fill out a field that contains their name. The page that contains this "script" will have to be password protected so think about that as well. I don't know how to do this, please give me some help! I'm also pretty sure that the "news" page that it's going to "write" the comment on will have to be made in another language...php? Thanks for any help!!!!!!

I was thinking something in the lines of this, but in the "form" type layout

See it asks them for their name, and then it writes it on the website. I want a scrip that will do that same thing, but I want it so that I can fully configure it to my site layout (fit in with graphics, tables, font, size, etc.) You get it...I want fields like: name, topic, and message" Then I want it to write out on the main page in this format:

Name: Blah
Topic: Happy Go Bob
Message: Today Happy Go Bob wasn't feeling good...

I've seen this kind of script somewhere, but I didn't bother to bookmark the webpage, I'm kicking myself now!!!
