PHP 4.06, GD Ver=?

Hello,
I am using PHP 4.06 on my Windows XP machine, IIS 5.1.

I have got the GD dll from the net, and configued things, and correct paths etc.

But, even if i run phpinfo, i get:

PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:/php/extensions/php_gd.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found. in Unknown on line 0

I think, my version of GD is not correct for this version of PHP.

Which version of GD should I use, and where can i download it from?

yes there was (i hope i didn't overwrite it), but I was getting the same error from it too...If u have php 4.0.6 and GD running on windows, can u plz, let me download the dll from you? or maybe suggest a solution?

Oh !!
You were right! I didn't use the GD which was originally with my installation!! Stuypid me. I thought my installation didn't have the GD, so I searced allover the net, and unknoingly replaced my actual GD with the one fro net.

I reinstalled my original GD...and it's working!!

I've not got the same problem, well I have but for other reasons:

I'm trying to replace php_gd.dll with a version that supports GIFs. This is because I need to create an image with transparency, it seems that Netscape doesn't support PNG transparency at all.

When I replace the gd library with one that claims to support gifs, I get the same "Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/program files/php/extensions/php_gd.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found" error - is it possible to do what I want to do or am I stumbling like a fool up a blind alley??
