Try hurtdidit.com -- I host with him, Frank's great to work with, and best of all it includes a control panel. Don't think the new site design is up yet though, so you might have to just email him for rates since it's not listed yet. I get 25Megs for $7.77/month, includes 5 POP accounts and 1 Gig transfer --but I don't know if that's standard or what, you'll have to ask.
