Very Basic Q, PLEASE answer

Until now I've been only using CGI, but its time to learn a little bit abt PHP.

Currently in my HTML I used <--#exec cgi="/cgi-bin/myfile.cgi"--> can I do similar thing in PHP, if yes how?

PLEASE PLEASE help me out here. I couldn't locate any info in documentation.

include "path_to_the_file.inc";
The above function includes AND EXECUTES the
file provided as the argument.

require "path_to_the_file.inc";
This one ONLY includes the file.

Look for this functions in the manual.
( U can get one from php.net).
