can any ppl tell me that what is the different of the dynamic web application & static web application?

Dynamic websites are usually customizable and can be updated on the fly via an admin control panel. However, static websites are usually hard coded in html, and when you want to update it, you have to write the code yourself over again. Static [HTML only] websites arent customizable either.
