PHP Publishing Script

Hi!

I am setting out to build or integrate a publishing script into a current site. The requirements are as follows:

1) Online, 'form-based' submission of text
2) Ability to input a variable number of images and possibly control the placement
3) Access levels that allow only admin to publish a story
4) Ability to set days for when content goes live??
5) Archiving of old stories

This will be used for the online replication of newspaper articles for a university level school. I have looked at things like ez-publish, etc., but they seem like over kill.

Any suggestions?
