I haven't done alot of PHP and XML programming so if my question does not make any sense, please forgive me. Anyways, I know how to pull XML but how about sending the XML to a URL? Does this require opening up a socket? Please point me in the right direction. I'm trying to integrate my shopping cart to UPS XML services.
