ok i hope this makes sense...
i have a varible that come from a form, lets say they typed blah't
so $someVar = "blah't";
that then gets added to a DB with no change, and then i have another var like this:
$otherVar = "they said $someVar";
when i echo $otherVar it adds a \ infront of any ' in $someVar so its looks like:
they said blah\'t
but everywhere else when i pull the $someVar out of the DB and display it the / never appears, anyone know why this is happening or how i can stop it?
