sms and PHP

Hi... I want to know if there is a way to retrieve information from SMS from a mysql database using PHP. Thanks!!!!! 🙂

Yes of course, but you need a sms gateway. the owner of an sms gateway will give you an api for connecting to the gateway (usually via email, http request, or ftp).

You then can write some nice PHP applications which get the data out of the database and send them to the gateway.

Unfortunatly not. It is realy difficult to find free gateways. We offer a commercial gateway but only for Europe and the US.
at costs of about 5 Euro Cent per SMS.
