Force into frames

I've seen sites that use PHP framesets and if you visit a page outside of the frameset the page opens up automatically in the frameset (the URL changes to: frames.php?location=folder/page.php). How do I go about making this sort of frameset for my own site?

I have a site that is built entirely around one single script. Someone might think they are viewing many different pages, but it is actually one single script generating different content, banners, footers, CSS and whatnot on the fly. I could easily have inserted a function in this script that would check the referer and force frames, but then I ditched the idea.

If you do you use this idea, please, for the love of all that is sacred, make an entire "noframes" version of your site, and put a very visible link to it. Some people just hate frames, and likes should be respected.
