I'm a newbie in PHP programming (new to programming too), I need some advise from all the expert here who are willing help.
May I know what's the best way or are there any application that I can use to better manage my application development project? Things like web-based application that I can use to manage the version of each of my files/modules and can easily have a very clear view of status of the whole project.
Are there any web-based application and Windows application that can do this for a PHP programmer?
