Script replies after email receive

Does anybody know how can I send an email to the script?

Well, you "could" have the script written to answer an account (say [e-mail]) and act accoringly, scheduling it to check either via cron or some other method...(for example,I once had a script subscribed to mailing lists using an account it would answer to and put the responses into a database)....

I think something else (I wrote it wrong). I want to start a script, that inserts data into the db (example). I set a rule to forward the e-mail to /sth/file.php. But! 🙂 How can I get the headers, body, attachement from the incoming e-mail. PHP is set as a modul.

Are you saying you want a script to email you after it has performed some task? if so, check the mail() function, it sohuld be what you need.....

I thought this:
Send e-mail to www.myserver.com/myscript.php
Is it possible to do this?
How does the script receive this mail?
How can I get the variables or e-mail parts (header, body, ...)?
Is it possible, when php runs as a modul?

No, as far as I know, this is not possible. As I said earlier, though, you can have a script send an email to a specific account (say [e-mail]) and then myscript.php can be written to answer this account. From there, yes, you can do anyhting you want with the email parts (header, body, etc....)...
