Flash guestbook with PHP - update proble

I have set up a Flash guestbook in my site using PHP to write and read from the .db file which all works fine, but in most cases, not immediately.

In other words, you can post a message but it won't show until you clear the cache. I have added all the relevant headers and even reload the guestbook movie (which is on level1, level0 does not get reloaded) to reload the PHP file after signing, but it only works on my own, firewall-free system.

Any clues?

we have experienced exactly the same problem with a flash guestbook.

we found out it was an IE issue (v5+); and NOTHING works (metas, random parms etc) except changing the cache settings in ie.

but if you get a hint that works, I would appreciate it, too.

You'll be pleased to know that I have the solution. I have tried it thoroughly and it works for my guestbook, i.e. messages posted can be viewed immediately.

Add the follwing or similar into the PHP file:
