I've tried the following JavaDoc generators on PHP classes

This doesn't work, I get the errors:

Works fine... doesn't generate frames with an index on the side.
I've seen really nice documentation, but I haven't found out what they used (I asked one developer, but haven't heard from him yet)
I want a tool that runs on unix, such as perl or php.
