complete newbie

Hey,
I would like a good website ...
I realised that only dynamic ones will do good. The problem: I don't know which language !
I heard of SQl, Java, ActiveX, ASp, PHP, CFm, XML, HTML (that i know well), CGi and loadz of others !
But I want a site where users can sign up, log in, when logged in have a webpage where they can add titles of songs.They should also be able to edit the information they have given and remove them if they want before sending the titles to me. So that I can burn the titles and sell the CD.
Is PHP the wright language for this ?

i would say php is a powerful tool thats exactly what you need there - of course you would also need some kind of database backend. knowing html helps lot too - so i guess going with php would be the right choice for you...

Yes. You can do all of that with PHP and MySQL.
