POP3 servers

Hello,
Is there any method through which I can find out POP3 server for particular server.
Like We can send mail at [e-mail] but
for accessing mails through POP3 client. server is pop.mail.yahoo.com.
Is there any way in C or PHP.
www.mail2web.com have already this serveice.

You are just required to give [e-mail] . and it accesses mails from pop server for that server

There is no relation between email address and POP server. You can guess that somebody@somedomain will get their mail from pop.somedomain but that is as far as you can go.

mail2web probably do the same, and if they find that the popserver is wrong, they'll ask you to enter the correct server.
