Fatal error: fatal flex scanner interna

Hello,

I am developing a website and when refreshing a screen or simply accessing
to a page I have the following error:

Fatal error: fatal flex scanner internal error--end of buffer missed in
/www/docs/index.php on line 1

This can occurs at any page and giving me any line number.
I read a lot about things like that and I think that it is due to the
include I use. I think that it is due to the fact that the file included is
not entirely read and t gives an error.

In fact, in my pages I use several includes that contains my functions
library and my page header and footer.

This easily reproductible when I acces very fast the same page (eg: fast
clics).

Can somebody confirm that I found the right cause of this error ?
Most important, Is there any solution to avoid those kind of problems ?

In fact this happens whatever the page is.
The only common point is that in each file, it starts with :
<?php
include ("main_functions.php");
include ("inc/functions_auth.php");
include ("header.php");
?>

Those 3 files are files developped by myself. The error is not recurrent, it only happens sometimes.

I tried to find something about that and it seems that the flex error is because the file included are not totally read : something occurs and causes a problem.

If you want to see the code, I can send it to you. Just tell me.

Can you paste a url I can access to see if I can reporduce the error? I usually get a flex error when I attempt to include a file that doesn't exist... but if it is not recurrent, that's something I've not seen.

Sorry but this is for an intranet site (at work) so ...

In fact, I can reproduce this error while hitting F5 (refreshing) the page quite quickly.

After some tests, it seems that this happens when the main_functions.php file is included. The file causing problems is quite big (16947 o) compared to the 2 others (4925 and 1644).

I tried to split in 2 the biggest file but problem still appears (but maybe not so often).

any kind of help is welcome but I am arriving at the point where there are no solutions from ym point of vue
